What you're buying

A one-time purchase of a SigOnce plan gives you a signature page branded with your logo and colors, and a private link to edit that design. There is no subscription and no renewal fee.

People covered by each plan

Each plan is licensed for the number of people listed above. Please don't share an Individual or Small Business link beyond the people it covers, or across different companies.

Your logo and content

You confirm you have the right to use the logo and names you upload. You keep ownership of them; you give us permission to store and display them so your signatures work. Logos are hosted at a public web address, because email programs need to load them.

Hosting

We host your signature page and logo for as long as SigOnce operates. If we ever shut down, we'll email you at least 90 days' notice. Signatures you've already installed keep their text and links, but the logo image is loaded from our servers, so before we close we'll show you how to switch it to a copy of your logo hosted on your own website. After we close, your team link stops working and no new signatures can be made.

Refunds

You see exactly how your signature will look before you pay, and your links work the moment checkout finishes, so all sales are final. If you were charged twice, or something on our side stops your signature page from working and we can't fix it, email us and we'll refund you. A refunded plan is switched off: its team link stops working and its logo is removed from our servers.

Privacy

We store your company name, logo, design choices and the email address you used at checkout, so we can send you your links. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Details people type into a signature page (names, titles, phone numbers) stay in their browser and are not saved by us.
