Gmail email signature with your logo
Gmail's own signature editor is basic, and logos pasted into it often come out the wrong size. The easier way is to build the signature first, then paste the finished version into Gmail.
How to add your signature to Gmail
- Build your signature on SigOnce and open your signature link.
- Type your details and click Copy Signature.
- In Gmail, click the gear icon, then See all settings.
- On the General tab, scroll to Signature and click Create new.
- Paste your signature into the box.
- Under Signature defaults, choose it for new emails and replies.
- Scroll to the bottom and click Save Changes.
Gmail on your phone
The Gmail app on iPhone and Android uses its own, text-only signature setting, so a signature with a logo won't appear there. Emails you send from Gmail on a computer will show your full signature.
Works with personal Gmail too
You don't need a company email address. The Individual plan works with a regular gmail.com account, so freelancers and solo businesses can have a branded signature too.
